The second floor is the primary space for events, rehearsals, classes, and management of OfficeOps. It is laid out over a 15,000 square foot converted factory floor with space for any number of arts and culture related activities.
The space is entered through a card key controlled glass door with ticket window. This provides additional security and allows for controlled access during ticketed events.
The reception area features a large counter which is used as a greeting place for visitors or as a concession area. Here, there are even more lockers of different shapes and sizes. These are offered to anyone who is working regularly in the space as convenient, secure storage. Full size, ADA-accessible restroom facilities are also located on the 2nd floor.
The floor has been designed to serve many individuals in each of its spaces or to work as a complete multi-room event facility for seminars, conventions, or multiple-artist presentations. We welcome any well-prepared inquiries towards use of the floor.
